Position Summary:
This individual would support the manufacturing side with processes, methods, equipment, productivity, and the overall development. This position assists in processing engineering change requests to provide continuous improvement and leading and/or participating in the continuous improvement projects to implement material, labour, and cost savings. You’ll also work with the fabrication and purchasing departments to design fixtures and order materials.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering / Technology.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a fabrication and assembly environment.
- Has experience working with heavy equipment or similar.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (welding and machining is an asset).
- Proficiency with SolidWorks.
- Tool and fixture design.
- Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerances.
- Lean Manufacturing experience is an asset.

The ideal candidate:
- Carries a DZ license but not required. Must have a valid driver’s license.

- Has experience diagnosing and troubleshooting heavy equipment/agriculture equipment.
- Is computer literate and capable of using Windows operating systems, corresponding by email, retrieving drawings, and completing service and expense reports in a timely fashion.
- Is a professional with great interpersonal skills.
- Ability to positively project the company and department.
- Fabricating skills would be an asset.
- Certified A/C technician would be an asset.
- The company is willing to train.

BRON is looking for a Cobot Welding Operator to join our team!
Ideal Candidate Responsibilities:
- Has knowledge of weld symbols and blueprint reading.
- Has experience using a Cobot Welding Robot.
- Has proper tools such as tape measurer, hammers, welding helmet etc., along with capabilities of accurately reading measuring tools, tape measurers, etc.
- Ensures work is performed safely and efficiently while keeping weld equipment and surrounding area clean and maintained.
- Must be capable of operating lift trucks and cranes in a safe manner.
